Brianna Johnson — Bri, our fearless leader, comes from a background in healthcare. In her early career, she quietly built an impressive path through several hospital roles: bedside nursing, clinic management, and hospital administration. She served wherever she was needed, always with the same steady heart for people. But somewhere along the way, she was carrying a quiet dream.
One day, she shared that dream with her husband—only to discover he had been holding the very same one, long before they even met. What followed was a season of prayer, conversation, and wise counsel as they considered what that dream might look like in the real world.
Eventually, the answer became clear: Locality.
At its core, the vision was simple but meaningful—to create a place where people could connect, create, relax, and belong. Caring for people has always been woven into Bri’s DNA. Locality is simply that same care, expressed in a different setting.
